Returns & Exchanges

• Return/exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.
• Customized or specially prepared items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds/exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Note: Delivery charges may be non-refundable.
